Fantastic Valentine 💌 dinner!! Their 4 course set menu was amazing. Loved the perfectly cooked, crispy skin branzino and the beautiful, melt in your mouth gnocchi (best gnocchi I’ve ever had!!). Great wines by the glass to pair with your courses. The chocolate toffee pudding was sublime.

I cannot say enough positive things about this experience. The food was absolutely delicious - every bite contained a burst of flavour. It is hard to believe such small bites contained so much flavour and decadence, but each course amazed us. Our sever and sommelier were incredibly knowledgeable and pleasant. It was an incredible experience that I recommend everyone try. As we were celebrating my birthday, I was even presented with a special birthday treat. A night to remember.

I found the reservation process to be a bummer. Having to try booking at midnight 2 weeks in advance is impossible. But the restaurant is wonderful. Just a shame it’s not easier accessible for everyone. Food and preservation is top knotch.

My wife and I went to Hawskworth for the first time (Me it was my second visit) and were throughly impressed. Service was attentive and the food very delicious, well prepared and warm. This is a restaurant that we will patronize. We went to Hawsworth to celebrate Valentine's day and my wife birthday and they brought a nice surprise of delicious home made candies. The cuisine at Langdon Hall starts with looking out our kitchen windows. It is inspired by the seasons, wild produce growing in abundance on the property and the bounty of our kitchen gardens. Relationships have been built with our community farmers, foragers and artisans who hold similar beliefs of providing wholesome natural products that have been prepared with care and respect.

We create dishes with purpose, embraced with a story behind each relationship and provide a taste of the terroir of Langdon Hall. All the ingredients combined, create an experience like no other, so grand, so captivating that it is impossible to forget. As the seasons change, the menu changes to reflect the reaps of the harvest.

Meant to mimic an open market, the room is built of white concrete blocks creating an effect similar to the stucco seen throughout Greece. Visiting a trusted butcher for fresh paithakia, and the local fish monger for the daily catch.

We were 15 minutes early to our reservation but the host greeted us and sat us right away without hesitation. Shonin was our server. He did a great job explaining the features and sold us on the burrata with hot honey and crackers. Must try! Did the La Familia tasting menu and the servings were very generous. We didn’t know which wine to select to have for dinner and the sommelier came by and gave us 3 recommendations - he was very knowledgeable about each wine he selected. Loved all the options the chef made for our dinner. Kudos to Shonin and the team!

Always great food. Good advice on wine selection. Nice cocktail. Many of the items include sourdough bread - but there were no available alternatives for people who are gluten-free. It would be a nice option for those with food allergies to have something other than bread with their pate, tartar, charcuterie, etc. Near the end of the dinner (still only just after 9) as several diners were leaving, the music seemed to be ramped up - which seemed to be a cue for us to leave.... we couldn't really continue our conversation with the speaker above our table, so we departed. Other than that, it was another great evening @ Salt.

Really enjoyed our first visit to Vero Bistro. The food was excellent, and our server was courteous and professional. Really appreciated the restaurant recommendations for our upcoming visit to Italy. Would have preferred to get our main courses a little quicker, but it was a busy night, so it wasn't a major issue. Looking forward to trying some of the other items on the menu on our next visit.
