If you ask the brilliant minds behind Le Petit Paris, Fanny and David Rolland, They will say “We were born in a restaurant, literally”. From Grandpa to father, the restaurant business has been a natural part of their daily life.

They decided 15 years ago to create their first restaurant in Cannes, Le Petit Paris, Parisian brasserie, located in the middle of the international film festival city.

In order to give the opportunity of an unforgettable experience in Cannes to their international clientele, they decided to run a business on the beach with the combination of well being, relaxed and lay down on the beach with a cocktail and enjoying a gastronomic food.

David and Fanny were always striving to be surrounded by great collaborators in order to provide a real “savoir-faire” to their clients. They have been known worldwide now thanks to their hard work and dedication.

Good service. just got to the appetizer after that waited almost 2 hours before we got tired of waiting for our food to come out so we asked for the bill and we left. Customer service was good though our waiter was cool.

Our reservation was at 8:15. We were sat at 8:10. Took awhile until we were asked for beverages. Finally was able to order around 8:20. Didn’t receive our food until 9:35 close to 9:40. Ordered the Filet Mignon Medium Rare and the steak wasn’t even cooked. I pointed it out to a waitress just so the cook knows and she admitted that it was rare. The original waitress we had didn’t even come by to check on our table until I had to go find her and ask for the check. First experience was terrible.

Food was not good. Filet was undercooked. Charged $85 for pasta in a cheese wheel and didn’t even bring the wheel out to give us the full experience. Waiter was nice, but everything took forever. Understandable being it was Valentine’s Day. Just really surprised at the forgetfulness and poor tasting food for how expensive it was.

Paid over 400 dollars for a set menu of 110/person, for 2 people. Four glasses of wine and desserts (desserts included?). I thought the price would have been a little over $200.

Honestly, Le Petit Paris ruined our Valentine’s Day. We had a reservation at 9. We arrived at 8:55. Only to be stuffed like sardines in their small lobby because our table wasn’t ready. At 9:45, we were finally seated— 3 feet from the lobby desk. 3 feet from the big crowd that was waiting to be seated. These tables looked like they were added last minute because they were not prepared for the amount of guests that came to celebrate Valentine’s Day. This was a fire hazard. All exits were blocked by people. People were constantly passing inches by our table. This was not intimate at all. It was overwhelming that we because over stimulated. On top of that, while we waited in the lobby, everyone exiting the restaurant were commenting on how the food was “okay.” So glad we didn’t stay to pay $110/person for food that was “okay.” We are completely unsatisfied with our visit and would not recommend. This restaurant is unprofessional. Clearly, they only care to make money. For a restaurant like this, there should never be tables 3 feet from the front desk. How tacky.

For Valentine’s day dinner, we waited like an hour until they brought an appetizer. People around us waited for an hour as well. Food was good, but they are short staffed. Never come here again for Valentine’s day.

Amazing experience. Would come again. But server was all over the place and was very hard to find when ready to order. Took about 45 minutes to place our order for the appetizer and took 3 hours total for our dinner experience which was a little too long. Other than that good experience.

We never got out bread appetizer, waited an hour for water, and spent much longer than expected in the restaurant. I may never make a reservation on Valentine’s Day ever again.

Beware they will charge you gratuity PLUS surcharge PLUS Another 20% service charge which was never disclosed by any employees etc before booking the reservation. Our bill went from 350.00 to 480.00 again of the charges that were never disclosed which was the extra 20% service charge. You feel as if you almost have been scammed. We tried to reach out to management through email and voicemail and never received a response back.
