Chef/Owner Jeffrey Daigneau “wanted to share his craft with the community he grew up in, treating them to a new level of dining experience – the "Lattitude experience.” He wanted to highlight freshness and the use of local seasonal products create some unique fresh cuisine for guests. With a farm to table concept flowing from the pages of his menus by way of grilled beef tenderloin with white sweet potato puree, pan seared Diver scallops and his famous fried brussels and much, much more, Chef Daigneau has brought back the excitement of dining out. We really enjoyed Latitude, a great place for a birthday dinner. All the food was great, the service was friendly and professional and the ambience is cozy without being pretentious. It was a little expensive, but then again, we probably didn't need to order two martinis apiece.

Another great meal, had the hangar steak as it was the special of this evening. Everything was topnotch as expected, from the great chef who is phenomenal with his creations, the wait staff who are always looking for feedback to the great bartenders that pull it all together. Thank you

Excellent evening at Lattitude. The filet special with mushroom ravioli was outstanding. Caymus cab was a bargain. Brooke was our server and was exceptional.
