The Bistro is located on the grounds of the Biltmore Estate, right next door to Biltmore's award-winning winery. Please be aware that you must have a valid paid estate admission ticket, be staying at Inn on Biltmore Estate or Village Hotel, or be a Biltmore Annual Passholder to dine on property. Please note that due to limited seating availability we are unable to accept reservations for our patio. All patio seating is assigned on a first come first served basis.     The food was delicious and the service was great. The mushroom ragú was very hearty and tasty. The striped bass special was fresh and properly cooked. We shared a delicious brownie with gelato. The pasta, brownie and gelato were all house-made. They have a nice bourbon offering and good wine selection.

    Started out the night with a VERY nice welcome. The server arrived at our table with a smile and quickly took our drink order. When she came back with our drinks, she explained some of the options on the menu. She wasn’t rushing us she just wanted us to make a great choice. Because of her explanation, my wife and I ordered something different than our original selections. The food came out hot and tasty. The server and restaurant were very busy but we never felt rushed or the time wasn’t too long in between courses. PERFECT pace. PERFECT food! PERFECT service. Did I mention everything was PERFECT?

    Great meal from a gem in Ashville. From bar service to desert this was a fine evening thanks to a great wait staff and chef. Seafood risotto was well prepared and presented with scallops and trout. Steak tartare app was fantastic. 5 stars!
