They do a very nice job of combining a nice dining experience for guests with a learning opportunity for the CIA students. The food is outstanding and the beverage selection is very solid, incorporating local and other American wines and beer. The wait time between courses seemed a little long as it was not overly crowded for lunch; but the wait staff are learning so you shouldn’t really fault them for that. All of our appetizers, entrees and desserts were very tasty and elegantly plated. The bread was also delicious.

Excellent service, will be attending numerous dinners here this winter. Food generally very good, but extremely disappointed in the lamb entrée. Even though there was an an up charge, which was fine, the size of the lamb was two bites at best and was quite fatty. Others in my party who got the other beef dish and who probably had five times as much meat felt so bad they shared their entree with me. Appetizers were delicious.

I met my brother and his wife for lunch and everything was perfectly done and delicious. Service was also very attentive and accommodating. I have eaten at all 3 CIA restaurants and take for granted the luxury of being able to do so given I live in Dutchess County. My brother and his wife, on the other hand, had never been to the CIA restaurants given that they live across the river and a fair distance from the CIA campus. They were extremely pleased with all of the lunch entree options, as well as, the food and service. We plan on going back soon so they can experience another of the CIA restaurants. Winter Prix Fixe is an amazing opportunity to experience delicious food for a reduced cost. They can't wait to go back!

Fried chicken was amazing as always. Also enjoyed the beef stew on a chilly day. Cozy charming community centered place.

Food was excellent and the service spectacular. Highly recommend.
