We had a leisurely and delicious holiday lunch with my uncle and aunt today. The setting is beautiful. The decor is stunning. The view never disappoints. The service is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The pace was just right. We ordered the scallops, short ribs, chicken piccata and Italian chicken napoleon. They were all delectable and the servings were generous. The wine recommendations were spot on. The desserts were brilliant. This is why Gervasi is a “must go to destination” often.

This was our first time dining at Social at the Stone House and it was a fantastic experience. The history of the house and the beautiful surroundings, especially decorated for Christmas, made it a special place to celebrate my birthday. As a party of seven, we were seated in one of the private dining rooms on the second floor which was just perfect. Service was exceptional and friendly by our very knowledgeable server, Maddie. My husband and I started with the shrimp cocktail with jalapeno sauce that was delicious and had quite a kick to it. I opted for the house salad with the blue cheese dressing and my husband had the beet salad. The dressing was especially good. My strip steak was wonderfully seasoned and my husband's tuna tartare stack with avocado was inventive. Everyone enjoyed the drink menu, their meals, the service and the atmosphere. We will definitely be returning and are looking forward to enjoying the patio once warmer weather gets here!

We had the puff pastry meatloaf, the bacon brussel sprouts, and old fashioned cocktails. All was absolutely delicious! This is our third time here over a period of a few years and each time the food has been fantastic, the front desk, serving staff, and managers all outstanding. The Twisted Olive has been a great place to go in this area for a date night.

Great food, atmosphere, and service. Nice location in downtown Wooster and delicious food.
