Another great experience with Roque! He was so attentive and made us feel very welcomed. The food and service was great, nothing to complain about :)

We had a lovely holiday lunch with friends at Knife in the Ritz. Starting with a delicious Margarita Pizza from the Italian menu then moving on to a classic Caesar salad topped with wild salmon. A side of scrambled eggs stirred with jalapeños & chives finished the meal. The room was filled with families in town for the Cowboys game and therefore a bit noisy. Coping was very easy however as we were Sheparded through our courses by Kyle our expert server.

Loved a Christmas week lunch here! French Chicken amazing! Redfish was great! Espresso Martini for dessert were great!! Thank you, Hudson House!

I always love going to sit at the bar to have drinks with the bartender AJ! He makes the best pairing suggestions! All the food is creative, reliable, and memorable. So happy this place opened up in the plaza. It’s beautiful.

Awesome dining treat for lunch. Greeted upon arrival snd seated after a brief wait. Braydon was our serve person snd was excellent. Personable and got all ou orders perfectly submitted. Promptly took drink orders..then food..kept things picked up and refilled. "Yankee" was our fab chef. He was great w interaction and showmanship. Few new surprise presentations at lunch and food cooked to perfection. He was fun and enjoyed his job. He was one if the best chef's ever. Another wonderful exp. At Benihanas.
