Restaurants near Ye Grapes

The food was outstanding. The Samudri thali, my personal favorite, was a highlight, while the Peshawari kulcha was absolutely delicious and the Murg Makhni was quite good. However, the service could use some improvement and fine-tuning.

It would’ve been a perfect meal, had it not been for the waiter who told us that they don’t have small glasses to serve white wine in the whole of the restaurant! So he insisted on serving the chilled white wine in large red wine goblets until we pestered another server and she happily went and got them ! No reason for anyone to not have the correct etiquette in a Mayfair restaurant! Simply lazy or he didn’t think we were worthy enough to make an effort.

Great meal with the family waitress was fantastic food excellent, expensive but expected !

Wonderful restaurant. My husband uses a walker and seating was only downstairs which he could not do especially as handrail was trimmed with garland for the holidays. But they were so gracious and opened upstairs dining room especially for us. They were terrific and our service was exceptional and so quiet as we were the only two people in the dining room. Our server, a young man from Naples, Italy was so kind and very friendly and he was a delight. We usually eat here 2 x during our stay and the food was delicious. We shared burrata with tomatoes and pesto which is amazing and then finished off with a bowl of minestrone soup was probably the best we ever ate anywhere. We dined here with 4 others the other night for dinner and everyone was thrilled with service and outstanding food.

Great food. Less on spice. High on flavor. Very diverse Christmas Day fixed menu. Overall loved it.
