Great value for money. Steak was delicious, cooked to perfection too. We did get a side of greens to go with but it wasn’t really needed portion sizes are perfect for lunch more than enough. Service was great too.

Had a lovely evening, celebrating my wife’s birthday. Had to wait 45 mins for our table, as the restaurant was very busy. Staff apologised & offered us olives & nuts. Was promised nibbles at the table, but they did not arrive. The waitress was lovely & very attentive. Provided guidance regarding the menu, & advice on different dishes. Food was delicious- very special. My wife received a complimentary birthday cake with candle, which was a nice touch. All in all had a lovely night.

Meeting a friend for lunch at Alberts-& the service was excellent staff were very attentive. The food was delicious and very reasonable. The atmosphere was buzzing. We couldn't have had a better experience. We love going to Albert's Didsbury

Roast beef dinner was delicious, good portions without being over faced. Service impeccable and welcoming. Restaurant is immaculate and lovely ambience and setting. We had the 2 course menu and both starters were also delicious. We ordered the crab cake which l will be looking out for again. Glasses of wine slightly expensive/may be more cost effective to buy a bottle if you are enjoying a few glasses with meal. Thank you for a lovely dining experience.

Another fantastic Sunday lunch at Blacklock Manchester. Great food and lovely friendly service from Abi, Amii, Peter, and the team. Highly recommend the all-in roast, which comes with huge Yorkshire Puddings, lots of vegetables including roast potatoes (nearly as good as mine 😉), melt in the mouth beef, lamb, and pork, and a beautifully rich gravy. Save room for their bread and butter pudding - perfect comfort food. Our 6th visit to Blacklock Manchester after many years frequenting the Soho branch in London. Very pleased to have Blacklock in Manchester and wishing you all the best for 2025. Highly recommend!
