My family and I went for the first time and had a beautiful time. Ambiance and customer service was top tier. Good food, great desserts and just an overall wonderful time

As always, from the front door to the kitchen and back to the front door the SERVICE IS TOP TIER. Every staff person is attentive, courteous and professional. The ambiance is just right! The food...EVERY BITE IS WORTH EVERY DIME that you spend. The food is cooked to perfection and again EVERY BITE is SO TASTY!! My pictures of each dish isn't the greatest. I was enjoying my date. But hey...if you dine in and don't like, I'll take care of your bill!! SIIIIKE!! LoL Try, you won't be disappointed. But do check your bank account before you go...it's A LA CARTE!! 🤤😋

Food was great. First time and we tried various starters and entrees. The ribs were delicious, fried chicken had a good and unique flavor. The shrimp on crispy rice was fantastic. Will be back to try other options.

We enjoyed Thanksgiving dinner at La Belle Helene. Everything was delicious and perfectly prepared: the turkey was so moist, the gravy was perfect, the potatoes and stuffing were great and the green beans had a nice little crunch to them. Our server was so friendly and professional and really made it such a nice occasion. I had never dined out on Thanksgiving and was worried about it but our experience here exceeded all expectations!

O-Ku continues to go above and beyond! This restaurant amazes me with their customer service. I had shared that my family was celebrating my brother’s accomplishment in the Navy when I booked the reservation a month ago. When we were seated, there was a gift at the table. They ordered my brother a special gift to join in our celebration. Two managers also stopped by the table to check in. Our waitress was super attentive. The food was incredible. My favorite place in all of Charlotte to go! Can’t wait to go back.
