Vancouver Now Has Its Very-Own Georgian Restaurant!Dediko, owned by a mother-son team, serves the country’s famous stuffed breads and dumplings out of a cheery Evergreen Boulevard cafe. Dediko’s menu is stacked with the classics of that region, with a number of different khachapuri, soup-filled dumplings called khinkali, walnut-heavy vegetable dishes called phkali, and various grilled meats called mtsvadi. We love Saltys! The service style is a throwback to when restaurants were special occasions any time you ate at one. Because of this the service is always on point and welcoming. The food is wonderful with local options and lots of them! I love their specials which are always different when we come. This restaurant is a classic for a reason! Also the view! Can’t be beat.

Fantastic martinis made by Steve! Kyle the manager was a delight as always! The garlic shrimp was fantastic as was the kale salad and the butterscotch crème brûlée! Top-notch!
