    Our dinner experience was 100/10!!! Our server was attentive and informative. He had a great personality and he gave us amazing recommendations. The food was delicious; you can tell the quality of the food and the creativity of the chef is unlike all else! The atmosphere and decor of the inside is so elegant and inspired by the history of Fredericksburg! We will definitely come back soon!

    This was our second year having our company Christmas Dinner at Firebirds. It was awesome. This year our server Sam was the greatest. So energetic and personable we all loved him.     My second time eating here. I come here for business once a year. The food is great. I appreciate the map that shows the regions of Italy. The gnocchi was delicious. Rubi was a great server.

    First time visit and a great experience - food, service, ambience. Only downside is temperature - restaurant can be a little cold. 6 of us had strip steak, hanger steak, filet mignon, salmon and halibut. All were delicious and portions were very generous. Cocktails were creative and tasty. Finished with the Apple empanadas at the recommendation of Eric, our server. Delicious! Overall a great choice for dinner; we will return.
