We just moved to our new beach location as La Tapa Plage in March of 2022, still featuring the same interesting ever changing menu including fresh local seafood, organic greens & herbs form Coral Bay, flavors with a touch of Spain & France (Basque Country), Germany and Caribbean.     This was our 2nd visit, the food was amazing! We've eaten at almost every restaurant on St. Croix, and very few come close to AmA's quality of food, and service. Chef Phillip, and Chef Anthony are some of the most talented chefs I've ever had the pleasure of dining with. Our Server Jada was beyond nice, and was very knowledgeable of the way the food was prepared and sourced. I highly recommend AmA to any and everyone!

    Probably the best meal we’ve had on our two trips to the island. Beautiful and small venue with outstanding sunset views. The tuna tartar appetizer special was outstanding as was the lobster ceviche which came with some very nicely done root chips. The Chilean sea bass entree was expertly cooked and the filet was nice as well. We opted for dessert and it didn’t disappoint.

    We had a wonderful experience at Estera! We went for Sunday brunch and everything was magnificent! From the food, to the drinks, to the service, everything was top notch!
