Every single course was unique and delicious! Recommendation by our server ,Sean, on how to order was spot on. He also suggested the winter Negroni drink and it was fantastic! We started with the salted beets and the hiromasa crudo both were fresh and light. We had the skate cheeks, the texture of the fish was flaky and had a bit of crunch on top. The ricotta dumplings had my mouth watering from the smell as I broke open the first dumpling. It had the perfect amount of heat and a slight smokiness that was so freaking good you want to lick the bowl. Hubby ordered the veal osso buco and raved about it. I had the orata and it was flaky and delicious. Most places that excel at the main food are not so terrific with desserts but at Bastia both the panna cota and the basque cheesecake had unique flavors that were a perfect ending. Service was incredible and allowed us to have conversation but never missed a beat on clearing and presenting the next course. We’ve been to a lot of really good restaurants but Bastia is top 3 of them all. There are a lot of excellent restaurants in Philadelphia and we will choose to return to Bastia.

Went the weekend before Christmas. There was live Christmas jazz music playing soft in the background. Food was amazing. The holiday eggnog was delicious. Great customer service. 5 stars

It was a phenomenal experience! We'll be recommending this to our friends in Philly and will likely be back. We did the 12-course omakase and were blown away. Leo was great!

Absolutely beautiful establishment!!! Everything from the service to the decor was amazing!!!! I loved how its was a lot of people but it didn’t seemed overcrowded. The DJ arrived at 930ish and the music was rolling!!!! The food was a 4 out of 10 It was bland no seasoning. A new chef would take this place over the top. The drinks were on point and the hookah was probably the best hookah I’ve had in Philly 10 out of 10. The staff were welcoming and provided a great experience. I will definitely be back to this establishment. Overall 8 out of 10

I truly enjoyed myself. My daughter wanted to go here for her birthday and so we did. I’m not a sushi person but I tried it and it was great. The service was excellent.
