Restaurants near Village of the Arts

The view from the dinning area is great! We went on a rather cold (50s) night and chose not to be on the terrace, but what a view. My husband opted for two appetizers, octopus and oysters Rockefeller. He enjoyed every bite. I had the wagu steak and Brussels sprouts. Steak cooked to perfection! Drinks are also very good. Try the “eighth floor”. Service was super! From the greeter at the elevator to the assistance waiters. Waiter was very good, ready to make suggestions and make sure everything was satisfactory.

Somehow the restaurant didn't have our Open Table reservation(?), but fortunately we were still able to be seated on the patio as requested. The food was quite good, and the servers were very helpful and friendly. Pier 22 is one of our go-to favorites (I'll just need to double-check the reservation next time;)!

Food was delicious. Pasta portions are big enough to split, which I would surely do next time (Or prepare to have leftovers, which were delicious again.) Our party of 8 was sat in the back room. It was nice and comfortable, albeit a bit too bright. Tiramisu was wonderful! Highly recommend!

Server was not really “into it” that night. Slow, quiet, and no charm. There were a couple of tables nearer to the kitchen that had staff purses along with other random supplies etc sitting around. Bartender was engaging. Food was good. Prices were fair.

Food is amazing and the service is TOP NOTCH!!!! The bread you order is very different and sooooo delicious. Well worth it. I also had the double cut pork chop and it was huge so brought the rest home. My husband had the lobster ravioli (special) and said there were big chunks of lobster in it. We will definitely be going back again!
