The service was excellent and attentive from start to finish. The Greek salad was fresh and absolutely delicious, with perfectly balanced flavors. However, the spanakopita was a disappointment—it arrived cold, overly salty, and soggy. The steak, on the other hand, was beautifully seasoned and cooked just right, and the drinks were well-balanced and enjoyable. Unfortunately, the potatoes were far too salty and not edible. Despite these hiccups, the manager was very attentive, addressed our concerns, and made sure we were taken care of, which really elevated the experience. Overall, I’d definitely return to give it another try!

Dining at Casa Bananas was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The food and service were absolutely top-notch, making for an unforgettable evening. The smell of wood burning in the open kitchen transported us straight to Argentina, evoking the authentic flavors and ambiance of a traditional asado. Every dish was perfectly reminiscent of the rich, smoky, and vibrant culinary traditions of the region. The attention to detail in both the preparation and presentation was impeccable. The cocktails were creative and well-crafted, though I found them just slightly off-balance—but that’s likely just me being overly picky. They were still enjoyable and complemented the meal beautifully. Overall, Casa Bananas is a must-visit for anyone seeking an extraordinary dining experience. Highly recommend!

Came here for dinner with friends on our first night in Tulum. The food and drinks were good and the atmosphere was fun. The staff was all very nice and we enjoyed talking to our waiter Ivan. We went back for drinks a couple days later. If you’re in the area - stop by!

Just left this place. What did I like? I liked the interior, the dish was very tasty, and the small menu selection actually made it easier to decide on food since there wasn’t an overwhelming variety. The location is great, and the tables and utensils are beautifully designed. What didn’t I like? There are some gaps in the service. First, the attitude of the staff felt slightly condescending. Second, among the three staff members I interacted with, almost none spoke English—two didn’t speak it at all, and only one understood me to some extent. However, when I asked for a custom drink, I had to use a translator, even though I was asking for something very simple: to make it a little spicier and less sweet. They didn’t understand me. Overall, the restaurant is good, but there are definitely areas that need improvement to enhance the service, especially for a restaurant with such prices and ratings.
