- JJannetteNew York City •3 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoAlways a nice dining experience. Plenty of friendly and eager students working the front of house to check on us, food was very tasty, and considering the quality of the food, the prices are quite competitive. Winter dining deals are $50 for a 3 course prix fixe menu. We were there when the prix fixe deal wasn't offered, but even with a la carte, our bill for 2 was around $100.More infoAmerican Bounty at The Culinary Institute of AmericaPrice: Expensive• American• Hyde Park•4.7

- MMatthewNew York City •5 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoOnce again a CIA restaurant provides a remarkable experience! The level of service is unparalleled. The way the students are trained to walk around and the care and respect they put into every part of service is just extraordinary. From making sure the dishes touch the table at the same time for all parties, to the way they walk around the restaurant and observe. It’s all a very delightful experience. The food, as always, speaks for itself and is quite good. The dishes seem more modern and simply tasty. I encourage you to visit and contribute your business to this wonderful establishment!More infoCaterina de Medici at The Culinary Institute of AmericaPrice: Expensive• Italian• Hyde Park•4.9
- MMarkNew York City •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoThe food was absolutely delicious--excellently prepared, perfectly seasoned. For appetizers our table chose the truffle soup, tarte flambee', and the beet salad (which our guest loved--I didn't taste). I loved the other two. Both burst with flavor. For entrees, we chose the scallops(x2) and the 'coq au vin'. We were all exceedingly happy with our choices. The scallops and the chicken were tender and flavorful. The vegetables with my chicken were crunchy-- not mushy at all. The scallops and quinoa were served on a shell over a bed of salt (which our server explained after we asked was for plating design). On to dessert! We had crepes soufflé (x2) and crème brulee'. The crepes were stuffed with a vanilla custard--very yummy. The crème brulee' was the lightest one we've ever tasted! Sweet but not overpoweringly so. It was served with raspberries and blackberries and a shortbread cookie on top. The blackberries were sweet and huge--about an inch long! Ben and Noah took excellent care of us. They checked in with us often enough to see to our needs, but not so often as to be intrusive. Ben was our main server. He answered all our questions and helped guide us to what would be our perfect meal. A most enjoyable experience!More infoThe Bocuse Restaurant at The Culinary Institute of AmericaPrice: Expensive• French• Hyde Park•4.7
- AAnnGreater Boston •33 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoWhen our party of 4 entered we were asked if we wanted to sit in the main dining room or the quieter cellar. We chose the cellar as the dining room was loud and crowded. The cellar is amazing for a nice dinner where you can hear the people in your party. We shared the meatball appetizer special and it was delicious. The four entrees we ordered were pollo rollatini (2) the bucatini and the gnocchi. Everyone raved about their meals. I had the gnocchi bolognese. It was super flavorful and light, with a nice chew. We shared two desserts, the tiramisu and crème brûlée Both were amazing, some of the best we’ve had anywhere. A few cocktails and a bottle of wine. All in all, I would highly recommend and we all plan to visit again since there are other things on the menu we want to try. Our waiter Nicco (not sure this is how he spells it) we friendly, attentive and had just the right amount of interaction with us.More infoCiao Bella RestaurantPrice: Expensive• Italian• New Paltz•4.5
