We come to Vegas every year and try different restaurants. The food here is incredible and we will be back. We had the bread with all the different spreads to try them all and they were all unique and delicious. The crudo was perfect with every bite. We had the lasagna and the truffle pasta and both had such different but perfect flavors. Dessert was a butterscotch pudding type dish that was the perfect balance of sweet and salty flavors. We loved every bite and this will now be a must when we return to Vegas. Already looking forward to coming back.

Thoroughly enjoy dining at Katherine’s. The food is superior and the service is exceptional. Carlos took care of our every need. Lemon drop martinis tart and sweet, lobster bisque with chunks of lobster, Alaskan King Crab precut and simple to enjoy. Prime rib is tender, juicy, seasoned and cooled to perfection. Don’t skip the soufflé! Our favorite place!

The pineapple margarita was excellent and the guacamole was outstanding. Our favorite was the Cabo Azul. The lobster enchilada was my favorite and my wife really enjoyed the crab chili pepper. It also came with an amazing shrimp taco. We shared everything and had room for the cornbread / ice cream dessert. Outstanding food!!! Excellent service!!! Highly recommend!!!

It was delish! I order a prime rib. It was cooked perfect! The rolls that you get with the dinner are very yummy. I am taking all of my friends there when they come into town.
