We seek to know the source of each ingredient and choose direct from farmer & grower, wild, and organic whenever possible. To do this, we source our menu from many different suppliers. We are a scratch kitchen where our prep, dressings, spreads, crackers, dough, pastries, sauces, desserts are all made in-house. Reservations are highly encouraged.     Great dining experience last night. Our server was attentive and on point as well as being warm and engaging. Food was excellent as usual. Oysters on the half shell appetizer was wonderful (excellent mignonette, too). I was particularly impressed by the quality of my seared yellowfin tuna. Seriously melt in mouth silky. Table mates loved the halibut and chips and the black truffle pasta with seared scallops (which were perfect). Love Canyon River Grill and look forward to our next special meal and evening there.
