Since its opening, Chinya's sukiyaki has been dedicated to and explored, and is first served with meat covered with the aroma of Senju leek. Afterwards, the sukiyaki is enjoyed to its fullest in a slightly sweetened wariroshi sauce with "zakku", an ingredient we are particular about. Shimura Sen was an excellent host and so as Phillip Sen. Food was really delicious. We especially loved the nori-mochi sushi roll with fried tiny shrimps and the special fried mushroom. Drinks were good quality but sake was a bit expensive for a tiny glass (although it's very good). Overall we really enjoyed the experience. We love to revisit on our next trip to Tokyo. We highly recommend Tempura Ono. 🥰
