- NNEDAWashington, D.C. Area •5 reviews4.0Dined 1 day agoIt was crowded and high energy on a Tuesday night. We were celebrating a birthday. No valet tonight because it starts Thu-Sun only. That’s good to know in advance, as we usually go on weekends for dinner. Food was good- my son enjoyed his 10 oz filet and I liked mine but it was not as flavorful as usual. I thought the quality was lacking a bit (compared to our previous visits throughout the years), but not enough to complain. I can’t recall if we ever had a choice of a smaller steak but the 10 oz is a generous portion and both of us brought our leftovers home. Their salmon dish was nice and the lobster bisque and truffle mac and cheese never disappoints. The goat cheese salad was a large portion. The bread lover in our group enjoyed the bread. The classic crème brûlée had a nice crunch but a little too sweet. It didn’t need any of the berries on top but perhaps that was to balance the sweetness. The berry dessert with crème on the side was surprisingly very tasty. Our server’s recommendation for a second dessert. My favorite food of the evening was the creamy mashed potatoes side. They were perfectly portioned for each person. Nice! Our server Gustavo was very kind and wanted to make sure we enjoyed ourselves and that the food was to our liking. His attitude made a difference. Suggestion- please stop asking to remove the bread plate. The table was small for all our orders but we didn’t complain. Several people stopped by and asked no less than three times if we wanted the bread removed. We finally gave up on one plate and took the remaining bread so they could remove it. Not enjoyable but a little funny. As far as wine goes- there is a good selection on the menu but obviously not everyone has been trained. Whether we’re ordering a bottle or a glass- they should know the basic wine regions. It’s Eddie Vs- higher standards. Overall, good experience like usual- especially given how packed it was. Thank you for cute stars & card on table- always a nice touch.More infoEddie V's - Tysons CornerPrice: Very Expensive• Seafood• Tysons Corner / McLean•4.8

The ribs at this place can't be touched. They're always so tender, juicy, and falling off the bone. I only have one request: BRING BACK THE ANGRY CHICKEN LETTUCE WRAP. - KKarinaWashington, D.C. Area •1 review5.0Dined on Jan 1, 2025What an amazing way to start the new year! The meal was out of this world. The salad bar has options for any/every kind of diet and taste. The meats are flavorful and fresh. Carved to the temperature of your choice. The managers were active and checking on us constantly. Oh, the cherry on top was the crème brûlée. The best I have ever had! Great job Chima! It will be hard to top this experience ♥️More infoChima Steakhouse - Tysons CornerPrice: Very Expensive• Brazilian Steakhouse• Vienna•4.8
