Red Dog is an authentic Bar and American BAR-B-Q restaurant, serving 18-hour roast ribs, brisket, aged chuck steak burgers and much more, all best enjoyed with tasty cocktails or milkshakes.Barbeque grew up in the South of the USA where cooks learned to slow roast cuts of meat over fire pits to make them tender. Exposure to the smoke of the smouldering wood added a distinctive smoky and juicy taste to the meat. Our award-winning smokers have been imported from the USA and are built to recreate the cooking process of those original fire pits. What a wonderful restaurant. A lovely welcome by Manager and staff. Fantastic meal and service. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. Fantastic menu. From start to finish we both had a wonderful experience. We highly recommend the food and wine and beer here. We will definitely be back with friends.

As always, lovely experience. Good menu although I think it needs a new dish or two for variety. Dessert selection also missing something re choice. But food, wine, service and vibe all maintained to a high standard.
