Mirabelle is a boutique restaurant located in the Vail Valley and believe to be the first home site in Beaver Creek. It’s unique and romantic setting is the home of Belgium Master Chef Daniel Joly. His unique and contemporary cuisine uses the best natural and organic ingredients available. Chef Joly takes great pride in his work but if you ask him what gives him the most satisfaction of all his awards and accomplishments, he will simply say that awards and peer recognition are great but a customer complimenting him for a great dining experience is the best of all. During the Holiday's we will close on Christmas Day, and we will be closed on Sunday, January 5 and Monday January 6, 2025.     How nice to have a great spot right in Avon with parking, great food and service. We enjoyed burrata, branzino, osso buco and vegan rissotto, all excellent. Would definitely recommend!

    My family of four ate here on a Sunday night after a long day of skiing. The food was excellent with fresh ingredients and sauces made from scratch. Nothing was greasy, even though we ordered some fried dishes including dumplings and Gen'l Tso's Chicken, and you can tell attention is paid to culinary technique and timing of service. Everything came out quickly and hot and vegetables were fresh and tender but not mushy. This is a family owned place and both owners were incredibly attentive and kind to my two kiddos (ages 9 and 11). We will definitely be back!
