Restaurants near Treehouse Apartment

My girlfriend and I dined here for the last meal of our trip. At this point in the trip we had been to several fine dining restaurants but in terms of flavors and value Esquina Comun absolutely stood out. Their menu is small and it is suggested that 2 people split one of every dish which we went along with. This process wound up perfect as we left full and were able to sample all of the different flavors. While smokiness was definitely a theme in each dish, every dish was bursting with unique flavors. The standouts were the tostada, the rabbit and the wagyu. The wait staff was incredibly helpful and were bilingual which was a big plus. The best aspect is this cost about half the amount of the other Michelin restaurants we dined at. I HIGHLY recommend trying this restaurant and would get your reservation as soon as they open (60 days out I believe).

An excellent meal for our last night in CDMX. Service was warm, professional and highly informative. Dishes were fantastic- innovative and delicious. I have never had better pork! The pork tomahawk was huge (we took home half after sharing). A beautiful space too!

Absolutely delicious pizza, great ambiance, a must try

Highly recommend. Great location and a modern, nice restaurant, with a decent-sized menu. We had bloody Mary’s and a couple of pastries to start, then two meals. I had the fried eggs over potatoes topped with jam and cheese, which was just as good as it sounds. My wife had the mushroom toast with a side of sausage, which were equally great. Our server was great and happy to speak English with us. Not sure how busy it would be on a weekend, but there was plenty of tables available at 10am on a Monday.
