- WWilfredoNew York City •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoDining at La Grande Boucherie in New York was nothing short of a magical experience, made all the more memorable by the exceptional service provided by our waiter, Maria. From the moment we were seated, Maria brought an extraordinary blend of professionalism, warmth, and genuine charm to the table. Her attentiveness was impeccable, ensuring every detail of our evening was seamless, yet she carried it all with such an effortless grace that made us feel completely at ease. Maria's vibrant personality added a personal touch to the evening, making it feel less like a dinner and more like a celebration. She had the rare ability to anticipate our needs without being intrusive and engaged us with her infectious energy and lovely demeanor. What truly set her apart, though, was the thoughtfulness she demonstrated at the end of the evening. As a token of kindness and to mark our last night in New York, Maria surprised us with a small, heartfelt gift. It was an incredibly touching gesture that we will treasure for years to come. La Grande Boucherie’s enchanting ambiance and delicious cuisine were unforgettable on their own, but it was Maria’s exceptional service that elevated the entire experience. Her warmth, charm, and thoughtfulness left a lasting impression and made our evening truly specialMore infoLa Grande BoucheriePrice: Very Expensive• French• Midtown West•4.6

I appreciated the kindness when I needed to change the reservation time and the attention to detail for the reservation. Our experience from start to finish exceeded expectations. Our server was was attentive and did not rush our dining experience even though they were busy. I definitely recommend the French onion soup and for my entree I had the delicious pork chop. I did learn that was an item that would eventually leave the menu. I was celebrating a birthday and ended with a sundae for sharing. Overall, this is a place where everyone feels welcome.More infoCafe LuxembourgPrice: Expensive• French American• Upper West Side•4.8

- TTedvipNew York City •12 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoThe staff is superb. The two front desk reception people greet perfectly, accompany guests to the assigned table and stop by to ensure all is well. Adrian, our server, is superb. Explained the menu, made good suggestions and despite the crowd made sure we were happy. The food is outstanding but the noise level is a disaster! We could not carry on a conversation without adding to the din. The room manager is also a very polite customer focused man who also stopped to insure we were happy. Noise aside, we will be back.:))More infoBad RomanPrice: Expensive• Italian• Upper West Side•4.5

Cozy and festive decor paired with impeccable service and delectable food makes this a “must try” for anyone looking to soak in the magic that is Christmas in New York! I highly recommend the honey roasted fig appetizer and the pan seared scallop entree.More infoTavern on the GreenPrice: Expensive• American• Midtown West•4.7
