Jack Rabbit is a funky and friendly music and food venue in Buffalo’s Elmwood Village. The food is eclectic and varied. There is something for everyone including some vegan choices. Our server Laura V. was excellent. I ordered one the Specials, the 45 Day Dry-Aged Kansas City Strip. Was very good. Added Black Truffle Butter to that. Ordered a side of Sauteed Button Mushrooms, which was a very large order, certainly more than enough for two. All in all, a great evening out.

Decided on the Burning Buffalo for a friend meetup due to the good amount of GF options. Food and service was amazing. They had an extensive drink menu and the Paloma was spot on. We ended up ordering steak sandwiches, chicken fingers and tacos. Everyone left full and happy!

The calamari is, possibly, the best I've ever had. A light, flavourful ... I'm not going to call it a crust because it is much more delicate than that. It's not a breading either. But there is a little something on the outside of the calamari that makes it delicious. The aioli is lovely as well. Chicken schnitzel had a little too much oil on the plate, but the seasoning was spot on and every taste fantastic.
