Like the small portion/plates concept to be shared; most dishes are our favorite, but couple ones are not, more personal taste though; most favorites are cervich, breads, scallops, and calamari Overall should be 4.5.

This was our first visit and we had an amazing experience! The server was so kind and caring and took great care of us. The drinks did not disappoint. We order the Cry Wolf Smoked Maple Manhattan to start off and the presentation with the smoke was 1st class. The entrees arrived on time with all of the meals arriving together. We can't wait to schedule our next visit.

Service was great! Food was delicious. We enjoyed the venue and food very much.

My party ran into traffic issues, but the assistant manager (Charlie) and manager were incredibly accommodating and allowed us to change the reservation several times. In the end, they weren’t able to make it, but we were still able to be seated as a smaller group. The food was prompt and delicious. The server in the water server were very helpful and kind. Eating at Hell’s Kitchen was on my son’s bucket list and it did not disappoint. He said the octopus was the best he’s ever had. He enjoyed every morsel of every dish while recounting the Gordon Ramsay episodes. Thanks for helping what was a hectic evening become a perfect evening. We had to rush out to meet the rest of our party so we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the dessert, that was our only regret. But we’ll be back !

Our party of 3 had a very good post Christmas meal at Kalanis. We started with the wings which are worthy award winners. 10 pieces in our serving. For entrees Chilean Sea Bass (delicious), Wild Caught Halibut and Sushi rolls. All the food is good. For dessert Volcano Chocolate Cake which was also very good (minor quibble: perhaps a little dry to our taste) The cocktails are also very good, we sampled 2 varieties. Just the right blend of flavors and alcohol. The service was excellent. Great choice for a nice meal.
