Our newly refurbished stylish, relaxed 2 rosette restaurant serves an abundance of locally sourced seasonal produce with an accessible wine list as well as an extensive bar menu.We have created a beautifully landscaped outside dining area with heating and lighting. Each table has an umbrella for cover, but please come prepared for inclement weather. If the weather takes a turn for the worse and you have booked an outside table we may not be able to accommodate you inside.The Fox also boasts 8 beautifully designed bedrooms adjoining the pub which are open all year round. 5 of our our bedrooms are also dog friendly.

A gem of a village pub serving pizzas, artisan burgers, pub classics with great pints and playgrounds. Set in the North Herts village of Weston. Acres of beer garden, kids play areas, families, muddy boots and dogs very welcome in our bar area. Our beautiful Pavilion restaurant is open for all day for reservations Mondays through to Sunday. Our normal pub garden benches will be available as usual on a walk-in basis for food from our outside kitchen! Set in the impressive former 1930s Hitchin ballroom, on the first floor, Hermitage Rd restaurant & bar boasts a seasonal, award winning and sustainable premium food offer, from the awarding winning ACI team and a bar renowned for it's bespoke cocktails, quality wine and beer range.     We were a large party of 14 and the staff could not have been more attentive and helpful. With all the extras we ordered, clearing away and dealing with the variety of drinks orders. All with smiles on their faces. But on top of the great service from the moment we all arrived, the food was excellent! Very large plates full of roast dinners. All the extras of stuffing, gravy jugs and cauliflower cheese and not one part of our order was wrong and everything on the menu available. Once we also came to pay and leave they were still very accommodating and chatty and they made us all feel extremely welcome. Would highly recommend.

    The place is lovely we could chat and enjoy each others company.. staff informed and polite . Food fresh and wonderful.. Perfect lunch even the vegetable sides had be lavished with love.. the dessert could be adjusted as required.. Seasonal fruit crumble with crème anglaise..
