Knife & Spoon is the signature steak and seafood restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes led by Chef Tyler Kineman. Ate here on 12/17/2024 and enjoyed it so much that we cancelled the booking we had for the following evening so we could go there again. Food was excellent and our waitress, Hayley was one of the best we've had in the 16 days we've been here. Situated just off International drive it's definitely worth a visit

Judy was a rockstar as our server! Always anticipating our needs and awesome to navigate us through our dining experience. Gluten free appetizers, entrees and desserts were outstanding and the wine was great! Looking forward to the Alpharetta opening so we can enjoy closer to home!
