Restaurants near The Phoenician, a Luxury Collection Resort, Scottsdale

Our waiter was delightful, attentive but not pushy. Always showed up at the right time. The support staff were also very attentive. It was nice to not feel rushed. We all (4) had seafood a salad and sides. Everything was cooked very well. Not fancy just very well done. Portions were large so no room for dessert.

Becky was our server she’s 10/10. Came so often to check up on us. Even offer to take a picture at the back door she was spectacular she’s a keeper!! The food was average. I expected a steakhouse to be 10 out of 10, but our steaks were dry and no flavor, we ordered crispy calamari as a appetizer and It was a bit oily. We also got a mac & cheese on the side but It wasn’t so cheesy more watery side but at least it was better than the steak we got.  I don’t think I’ll come back or recommend anybody, but at least it was worth it a try. 

Went for Thanksgiving dinner. Thought the price of $80/pp for three courses was a lot. The dinner was good, especially the butternut squash soup. Turkey, mashed potatoes, and cranberry were good, the stuffing...not so much.

We enjoyed the Thanksgiving Day Brunch at The Tavern. The variety and quality of the food was excellent. I did mark ambience down a bit because it is in the Golf Club area, therefore more like a sports bar. Also, it was quite loud due to all the people enjoying their meal. But, we were seated in front of the fireplace and the service was impeccable. We plan on looking forward to another brunch at The Tavern and hope there is one before Thanksgiving 2025!

Great exprience for afternoon tea. Outstanding service from the team. The food was delicious.
