- WWendySouth Carolina •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoWe enjoy the restored buildings of Charleston. So much history ..... make sure to read the history piece on ghe back of Amen's menu. We always look for seafood restaurants when we visit the east coast. Amen did not disappoint! I had the special (white fish with a robust sauce ..... and a medley of veggies; which I love) and my husband had the blackened mahi). They both were amazing. Our server was friendly, fun and helpful. Definitely a pro. Cary and I highly recommend Amen Street Fish and Raw Bar to anyone who loves good food and service; especially seafood + oysters!More infoAmen Street Fish + Raw BarPrice: Moderate• Seafood• Downtown Charleston•4.7
- KKazDallas - Fort Worth •6 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoShe crab soup was spoiled. They changed the original recipe. Epic mistake. It was, dare I say 100% inedible. He said quote they are tring to add rice to help. Just call it. DOA. 1 1st level seafood tower was incredible. Worth 3 times what we paid. The Antebellum ambiance is experential and I soakeff it up like a sponge baby!!! The filet was unctouos, umami and beautiful. Diver Scallops need work. Hire a better saucier.More infoPeninsula GrillPrice: Very Expensive• American• Downtown Charleston•4.5
- BBridgetPoland •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoThe food and experience at Church and Union is one of a kind. Our waiter, Kyle, was an incredible host as he guided us through courses of delicious food and drinks. Be weary of a later reservation as the restaurant has a live DJ starting around 10pm. Overall, a must go to while traveling through Charleston, SC!More infoChurch and Union - CharlestonPrice: Expensive• American• Downtown Charleston•4.5

Our waiter Paul was excellent with recommendations, and the GM checked with guests as well. Both were very attentive and made my husband and I feel welcomed AND the meal/cocktails were fabulous.More infoAnsonPrice: Very Expensive• Southern• Downtown Charleston•4.8
- SShankarAtlanta •2 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoSeating was a wee tight. But the ambience with light filtering in through the huge glass windows gave the space an open yet cosy feeling. Service was attentive without the need for summoning. If you are ordering off the Pastry menu be warned - you will be packing your other orders to take home. The Brioche Coffee Croissant will be forever in my memory. The location is a great asset.More infoBrasserie la BanquePrice: Moderate• French• Downtown Charleston•4.6
