Magnus on Water is a cocktail bar and restaurant that features Peruvian-inspired comfort food from Chef Rafael Zimmerman. Bar Director Brian Catapang helms the Pinnacle Award winning cocktail program at Magnus, with rotating, seasonal drinks to compliment the big flavors of Raf's food. Sustainability is paramount to us, and we work with farmers & fisherman who are respectful of Mother Earth, while working diligently to minimize waste. Our space is polished, but still intimate and cozy, and in the summer Magnus on Water has a large outdoor patio, complete with gardens and fire pits. We also have a private dining room for large parties and are available for full or partial event rentals.

We currently offer in-house dining Tuesday through Sunday from 4:30-10:00pm (last dinner seating is at 9:30). Takeout is no longer available at this time. Patio dining is available Memorial Day weekend through September and always subject to weather. Please call us directly to reserve a patio table, but keep in mind that of the six 4-tops available outside, three are kept for walk-ins only.Our restaurant features Paolo Laboa, international chef from Genova, Italy. His menu consists of simple, flavorful and authentic Northern Italian cuisine. This includes handmade pasta, crudo (raw fish), fresh pizza and an all-Italian wine list.     I have been to David's many times, and this visit, like all of my visits, met all of my expectations. We went a bit early, so it was quiet; I don't know what the noise level would be when they are busy. What I do know is that the food was excellent, the waitress delightful, and the ambiance inviting. I will always go back to David's when I am in the area. Their excellence is consistent.

    Earth at Hidden Pond exceeded expectations! The food, drinks, atmosphere, service, and everything in between were outstanding! A true farm to table experience that we really appreciated. Kudos to the chefs for cooking and crafting dishes to absolute perfection! Every single course tasted incredible. Thank you to our server who gave us an extra special dessert for my Birthday! We can’t wait for our next dining experience. Hands down, one of the best restaurants in Kennebunk and Maine. A must visit!

    The food is consistently good we got a few appetizers- Brussel sprouts and mussels- 10 out of 10! We got the ceased salad with chicken 9 out of 10 because a few of the croutons were not very crunchy more tough and I would have liked a more cheese. Other meals pizza and streak which were enjoyed by our friends
