We love dining here when in the area. Always a great experience. Recently enjoyed the stuffed mushrooms, tomatoe bisque, butternut squash soup, beef bourguignon, and my husband claims one of the best ribeyes ever! We ended with delicious chocolate layer cake. Our server Lauren was wonderful. Highly recommend this quant cafe!

We went to dinner to allow my wife's elderly mother a chance to get out and enjoy herself. She had been wanting to get to Texas Cattle Company for a while and we planned on making it in February for my birthday, but due to some minor issues, we couldn't get there. We all enjoyed our tasty porterhouse's, filet, and as a staple the grilled chicken. My mother in law enjoyed her steak and was glad to get out for a delicious meal and family time. We will definitely be back as it is our favorite steakhouse, Lakeland is lucky to have this gem. If you haven't tried, it, give them a visit. I know you will enjoy it as we have for so many years, and hopefully many more to come. And finally, our favorite waitress Trish took excellent care of us as always! If you get the chance, chat with her about her love for wildlife (Especially Raccoons lol!).

Had a lovely lunch on the veranda. Chris was a wonderful waiter. I had the grouper sandwich and it was delicious.

We really enjoyed this restaurant and will return if we get an opportunity to. The cocktails were great and very refreshing, there is a cool ambiance to this very historic space. There was a wide variety of really tasty items on the menu. We were there to celebrate a birthday but this was not acknowledged.

My husband and I went there for his birthday. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend.
