My wife and I eat here all the time. The food is constantly delicious. The owner frequently greets to make sure everything is up to his standards. Highly recommend the Gafford it is definitely our go to for dinner.

You must try Palm City Social. This is an excellent eating establishment, owned and run by family that understands the difference between serving dinner and providing a dining experience. One of the owners always stops by our table to check how the meal is and you can tell they are genuinely interested in your response. The server Lauren is articulate, gets things done and she is very observant. We were sharing their delicious spinach and artichoke dip and taco like chips with Salsa and sour cream. I was using the back of an unused fork to put the salsa and sour cream on to my chip because I’m not one to bother a busy server with something I can solve on my own. She saw this and asked if I’d like a spoon rather than remark “ OMG! What barn were you raised in?”. 10 seconds later a spoon appeared . I was so impressed. The little things count ! My wife ordered these delicious pieces of lamb which was the Special . My daughter got a perfectly cooked filet mignon . When my wife and daughter’s meals were served , the person that brought them to the table asked them to cut into them to determine if they were cooked as requested. You rarely see this common sense policy and again it speaks of maximizing the dining experience. It is a nuisance to send back food while everyone else continues eating, as they should , otherwise their food gets cold . I had the usual overnight braised short rib , roasted wild mushrooms in a red wine Demi glacé, whipped mashed potatoes and vegetable. Melt in your mouth perfection and the Demi glacé is the best I have ever had! We usually have their delectable desserts but were really full so the server boxed the remaining food . We will continue dining at PCS . Only scratched the service . Make reservations and give it a try. Buon Appetito

Absolutely the best restaurant in Martin County!! Ambiance and service were impeccable and the food was even better!

As always, a wonderful experience dining at Oak and Ember in Stuart. We were two couples, each with one person celebrating a birthday. We had let them know in advance, and from the moment we arrived, they made the evening special. Our server, Mariam, was delightful and took excellent care of us. Everything was great, from drinks, to dinner, to dessert. A perfect evening out!

Wonderful time with friends. Great atmosphere and ambiance. A little louder than normal, but able to hear the conversation at the table without yelling.
