Chef Luciano Canova was born in 1949, on a small farm just outside of Rome, Italy. Chef Luciano grew up with his parents & grandparents where good food, using the freshest of ingredients, was always a staple. His passion for food was instilled in him as a small child in his home and led him to attend the prestigious Culinary Institute of Italy. After graduating, Luciano worked all around the world perfecting his craft in places like Switzerland, Germany, and on a luxury cruise line.  The Torre Restaurant Group family of restaurants has grown to serve customers throughout Southern New England with authentic Italian food. We have eight locations, all offering different ways to explore the many tastes of Italy! Our newest location here in Mansfield, is the first location that merges all our dining concepts into one.     Met another couple for dinner. We had an app that was a special with fresh meats and cheeses and veggies, very good! Had a couple specials as entrees too. Two of us had the chicken and risotto dish, we both loved it! So delish! Neither of us finished so we took leftovers home. One of us had chicken piccata and he really enjoyed it! And lastly a surf and turf was had! Another Amazing meal! Believe it or not, we still had coffee and dessert. Again, all enjoyable although I would say the GF carrotcake was a bit dry. We will definitely be back!! Our waiter was spot on with everything! A true pleasure!

    Corfinio NEVER disappoints! The food is always fresh and delicious. The mussels are to die for! The service is second to none. We love Tabitha the server and Stacey the bartender are always top notch. And we love being surrounded by the lovely ambiance that is Corfinio!
