- CCarlosVIPSan Antonio •10 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoThe ambiance at Dean's was exceptional, thanks to its unique location inside the historic old German school, which is seamlessly connected to the extraordinary Kimpton Santo Hotel. Our server was outstanding—knowledgeable, attentive, and spot-on with recommendations for our table. I thoroughly enjoyed my bone-in steak, which was perfectly marbled and cooked to perfection. I couldn’t resist picking up the bone and savoring every last bite when my guests weren’t looking—it was that good. While the bone marrow appetizer fell short of expectations, the fresh bread and salted butter more than made up for it. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience. Dean clearly takes great pride in his steaks, and while the prices are on the higher side, the quality makes it worth every bite and penny.More infoDean's Steak & SeafoodPrice: Very Expensive• Steak• Downtown•4.6

- CChaofanRaleigh / Durham / Chapel Hill •3 reviews5.0Dined on Jan 6, 2025We ordered escargots for appetizer, and a trout and a schnitzel for main courses. Escargot is awesome! Trout is great, albeit a little salty. Schnitzel is crispy, and the portion is huge. Overall the food quality is very good, and we enjoyed our dinner.More infoMaverick Texas BrasseriePrice: Expensive• Contemporary French• Downtown•4.5
