Our server, Ben, provided impeccable service—attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. His recommendations were spot-on, elevating our dining experience to new heights. The culinary artistry at Augie’s was phenomenal. Every dish showcased a perfect balance of traditional French flavors and modern creativity, leaving us savoring every bite. From start to finish, the meal was a celebration of exceptional taste and quality. As longtime fans of the Stark restaurants, Augie’s has only deepened our admiration for their unwavering commitment to excellence. Love that entree includes soup (delicious) and salad that has an outstanding dressing. I had beef, which was delicious, and husband had the special salmon, also delicious.

The food and service were excellent. We arrived at 5 p.m. so service was prompt even though there already were many diners at that early hour. My only quibble is that the French press decaf for two turned out to be half a cup each. Either use smaller cups or provide enough beverage to fill the cup to normal height. The entrée prices were somewhat high but competitive with other similar local restaurants. The desserts, on the other hand, were $14, whereas a local upscale Italian restaurant charges only $10 for all desserts which are at least as good or better than Monti's offerings. The restaurant recently reopened after an extensive remodel, so everything was fresh and new! We were in a booth with very luxurious-feeling leather seat covering.
