- EElaineAngus/Fife •3 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoFirst time here with the new owners. We liked it before and loved it today! It was fantastic! We were a party of four with one pescaterian and we had the set lunch. The food was delicious and pleased everyone and great value. Love the updating of the interior with more comfy seats downstairs, lovely lighting, good tunes and traditional tapas bar styling. All topped off by the excellent, attentive and knowledgeable service of the waitress from Madrid. We will be back!More infoSol y Sombra Tapas BarPrice: Expensive• Tapas / Small Plates• Dundee•4.7

- TThomasEdinburgh/Midlothian •1 review5.0Dined 7 days agoExcellent small plates, defo worth a try. I really enjoyed our visit to the Selkie tonight. We had the Seabass, flat iron Steak, gambas pil pil (all good) but special mentions go to the pork belly and Mushrooms in pesto.......flipping YUM!!!!! We were £63 for the 5 dishes, plus olives and a wine so decent value for money. Sorry no photos as we were too busy stuffing our faces. Definitely recommendMore infoThe SelkiePrice: Moderate• Café• Dundee•4.6

- DDIANAAngus/Fife •1 review4.0Dined on Nov 16, 2024Lovely surroundings, comfortable lounge area. Dining room lighting made it difficult for myself and guests to read the menu, we used the torch on our phones! It may have been the location of the seat we chose. My starter was Thai Fishcakes as I am gluten and dairy intolerant my choices were limited. First impression not very appealing, they were ok. I had the Housin choice from the 3 course menu but with rice and I think it was beef but it was grossly overcooked. I then had Sorbet for desert which was as expected. My husband had the same with noodles which he found was far to strongly flavoured . Manager was very helpful and did spend time with me to ensure my choices were suitable but I would go back for drinks but not too sure about eating there again.More infoDaisy Tasker at Hotel Indigo DundeePrice: Moderate• Scottish• Dundee•4.3
