Our server was terrific, the food was decent. The Wagyu Strip from Japan I thought would be smoother and more buttery melt in your mouth. The Fusilli Bolognese was amazing as always. The tiramisu was different from last year but just as delicious. Also if you are going to slice the steak prior to plating please allow it to rest more so all the juices aren’t running all over the plate, this also causes all the flavor to leave as well. The Truffle Oil Aioli did have a hint of truffle however it still tasted more of mayonnaise. The lemon compound butter tasted excellent could have used more.

Had an amazing experience at Itta Bena! The atmosphere was cozy, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, especially the ribeye, and everything was beautifully presented. Great quality for the price. Highly recommend!

Service was excellent. Ashley was very good and attentive. My entree was delicious. I had the Tomahawk porkchop . My wife ordered the Baja shrimp pasta. It was very dry. When she requested more sauce, the server brought some balsamic vinaigrette dressing for a salad. The server did bring the correct kind later
