Restaurants near Sunnylands Center and Gardens

Fabulous venue and great food. Everything cooked creatively and to perfection. We enjoyed ahi tacos for appetizer along with edamame accented with lemon garlic dressing. Delicious and I’m not an edamame lover. For dinner my wife and I split beef tenderloin and shrimp with scallops. Everything perfectly cooked and delicious. The service was outstanding too, from insuring our seating was to our satisfaction, to a knowledgeable and engaging server in Marianna. She made sure our dining needs were met and was accommodating to my wine nuances. I’m not easy to please when it comes to restaurant dining and have high expectations for highly rated and $$$ establishments, and Mitch’s exceeded those. We’ll be dining here as often as we’re in Palm Desert.

This is our second time dining at the Edge. We celebrated my husband’s birthday and everything was perfect - service, food, ambiance! Andrea was our server both times and went above and beyond. She called us by name, took our picture and made excellent recommendations on menu items. We will be back!

Our waitress was great and so was our meal. We met up with a friend that we haven’t seen in years and we didn’t feel rushed to free up the table. We had a delicious lunch and each of us had something different. Chicken salad sandwich Chicken and mushroom crepe And the special sampler of the day (chicken and cheese quesadilla, side salad, chilled cucumber soup, and a dessert). All were fantastic! This is one of our go to places for lunch and dinner. Can’t wait to go back and try more of the delicious dishes!

Our 6th Wedding Anniversary at Mastro’s was excellent!! We had delicious food - love the bread basket, shrimp cocktail, lobster mashed potatoes, double-cut pork chop, beef filet - all prepared perfectly. Service was very good. It’s a lovely restaurant in a great location. **There is a large parking lot behind the building as well as street parking and valet parking.

I took two people to happy hour at Eddie V‘s last night. It was wonderful. The food is always delicious. The cocktails are so right on and we got to listen to some music before we left. Priscilla was our waitress and she was wonderful. All the servers and people who work there are always very pleasant and professional and makes my visit great. Happy new year to you all.
