Eight years ago, Maximo Bistrot started as a restaurant for the thinking and execution of dishes from a wide range of techniques with the best of local ingredients; a warmful place that communicated our love for food. The food and service were outstanding. The timing of service was great so we never felt rushed. The ambiance of the restaurant was wonderful and we loved having a view of the city. We would definitely come again and recommend to others.

Overall great food and experience. Service was great. Of course it was not cheap. Music was a bit loud for our taste. And there was some cigar smoke that drifted to our table from a private party somewhere inside, which we could have done without.
