Food and atmosphere were great, service also very good. Gets quite lively so noise level goes up at times. Definitely going back again!

I was visiting from Toronto doing a solo trip for my milestone birthday. I decided to done at Porfirio based on a friend's recommendation. It was an incredible experience. The food was fabulous - I had the Oaxaca cocktail and tried grasshopper for the first time, guacamole with fried octupus and beef stew tacos. All brilliant! There was an on house starter with tostadas that was wonderful as well. The restaurant surprised me with a delicious cake and Mexican candy. Thank you for a wonderful evening! The staff was lovely and very accommodating. Excellent service.

This restaurant has nice touches before even arriving and after the dining experience. I love that they reached out before we arrived to wish my cousin a happy birthday. The service was wonderful. We really loved the food at Cuerno. The food is great! We had more misses with the drink. Here are our recommendations: Appetizers - Taco Richi, Chicharrón Cuerno Entrees - Totoaba Trufada (I wasn’t familiar with this fish but it was delicious), Rib Eye A La Sal Dessert - PASTEL DE NUEZ (This is the birthday cake and it is wonderful especially with a side of ice cream). They sent a thank you note the next day. This was one of our favorite restaurants! Definitely visit if you’re in Mexico City. Note: There’s a smoking section so definitely indicate in the reservation “no smoking” if that’s your preference. Additionally, there seemed to be a wait despite having a reservation for my party and several others. They were accommodating but the point of a reservation is not have an excessive wait.

Great selection of food and seafood felt fresh and well cooked.

Second time at La Buena Barra and as always a great experience. Food and service are extraordinary!
