A must go! Attentive staff upon entering, piano player was engaging, the room was filled with diners who were dressed for a night out, our server,Jared, was informative on menu, wine and the restaurant seating options. He gave great recommendations. Extensive wine list. The amuse bouche to start was a nice touch - beets and marscapone on a spoon. The bread and garlic butter was so so worth it to have two! Eggplant rolatini,Halibut, Pork osso bucco and chocolate cake were all spectacular. Rebooked for next week.

I love the ambiance of the outdoor seating at DeRomo’s. We were seated promptly and our server Jenny was prompt and attentive throughout our meal. Our entrees arrived promptly but were disappointing. I ordered the Lobster Fra Diavollo. Fra Diavalo is normally a pretty spicy sauce and one of my favorites. I appreciated Jenny advising me that it is spicy dish. However, there was no spice to it at all. It was bland and tasteless. I have better tomato sauces from a jar. My husband’s meatball was not very good either. Maybe we just ordered the wrong entrees. I want to love DeRomo’s but not sure I do.

We celebrated my Moms very special 85th Birthday last night at Ruth’s Chris in Estero. From the minute we walked in, it was truly a memory in the making. The food was excellent, our server was perfect (Amanda) and of course Peter the GM spoiled my Mom. The finale dessert topped off a great evening. I can’t thank everyone for making this memory wonderful for all of us….

We ordered 3 appetizers for two of us. The portions were much larger than expected. The mussels, brussel sprouts, and lobster mac & cheese were all delicious.
