Restaurants near Steamtown National Historic Site

First time ever visiting….The guy that welcome us was very nice, we had GREAT FOOD, Amazing beer and dessert . The server was so nice, very helpful with our child that is celiac and has to avoid all gluten products. She was so very nice helping hher pick out yummy safe food and drinks. We would go again, but One thing I will NOT do again is book the outside a lot of parents not watching their children , the one children was not well behaved running around all the inside the greenhouse and the other was screaming at an iPad. Over all the food and staff was 10 out of 10 !!!

Great place! Great location when in center city Allentown!! Food was delicious!! Server was great!! Atmosphere was amazing!!

Wow. I am so thrilled that my wife and I had an opportunity to dine at Melt on Valentine’s Day. From top to bottom an excellent experience. Our server, Laura, was wonderful! Professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and an outstanding server - we will be coming back and asking to be seated in her section! The food was unreal. I ordered the v-day special waygu beef skewers and my mind will never be the same. Absolutely stunning combination of flavors - The perfectly seasoned waygu was brilliant and the corn salsa delighted with its sweet smokiness. A perfect combo. That’s all for now. We will be back and recommend others to try Melt!

We arrived at the perfect time, apparently. It was Valentine’s Day but it wasn’t crowded at all. We found our reservation, the kids played and ate and had lots of fun! We arrived at 4:30 on a Friday, Valentine’s Day.

This was our second time here and we will definitely be back. The food and drinks were great. Our waiter, Michael, really made the experience. He had great recommendations and was just wonderful all around. We will be sure to ask for him next time!
