Restaurants near Statesview

We moved to Knoxville not long ago and this has become the go-to restaurant for my wife and me. As with past visits tonight’s was excellent. Our server Ila greeted us immediately. Dinner was excellent. Will keep coming back.

How we were greeted upon arrival, the service and our food was excellent. Owen was our server and he was very pleasant and attentive. There was a slight mix-up in the kitchen that resulted in having our main entree delivered to our table prior to our dinner salad, however, in no way did it take away from the overall experience for my wife and I....minor things happen. I only mention it here because of how The Chop House handled the error. The apologies followed very quickly from staff members, including a manager, who removed the cost of the salads from our bill. Although no complaints from us, The Chop House handled the situation by making it right immediately. We will most definitely return.

Food was excellent as per usual! Husband loved the seafood gumbo. Fried shrimp were perfect. Friends had fried scallops and pan seared Redfish, and said both were excellent. Server Reece was terrific, and even remembered my wine choice from a previous visit!

This was our first time at Firebirds and let me say- it was amazing! We don’t eat out much because it feels we are always met with just a mediocre meal that doesn’t match the price point! We both got the 3 course meal- mine was the sirloin and my husband got the salmon and shrimp. My steak was the perfect medium rare and packed with flavor. The augratin potatoes were so good, but had a kick of some heat. And my “side” salad was quite large and tasted so fresh. I could go on and on but you get the point- everything that hit our table was delicious! Hands down, the best meal I’ve eaten in a while. Olivia was our server and she was great! My husband and I both have birthdays next month and an Anniversary in a few months, so I definitely think we will be back to celebrate with Firebirds!

I had the Trout and it was amazing!!! My husband always orders the steak and frites and loved it!
