Our waiter was Ethan L., and he was absolutely fantastic. He recommended a wonderful wine for me as I am new to the wine world. Every single thing we ordered was OUTSTANDING. The sweet corn ravioli was TO DIE FOR. My boyfriend ordered the truffle fettuccine and they brought fresh truffle to the table and shaved it over his pasta. It was also delicious. The bread they bring you is delicious. The drinks were some of the best we ever had. The espresso martini is amazing. HIGHLY recommend this place. We will be back soon. Price is decent for this place, but it’s also very fancy so I expect nothing less.

We had a great time. Went with 4 of our close friends who frequent the Republic - as we live out of town now - it’s always a treat to go back. My only issue is I will go with the wedge salad v chophouse (?) salad next time - much too soggy for my taste. Otherwise the Republic is like an old friend - always nice to see them.

We had a great experience . Although I enjoyed the flavor of the split pea soup I didn’t realize it had ham in it. Our waiter graciously took it off. The added meatball with the gnocchi was so good! The carrot cake was so good and not too rich!

Enjoyed several times. We love this place! We like that it’s upscale, but not too fancy. We enjoy the atmosphere and the drinks are made well. The staff is friendly and eager to please. Although they are not very busy (I hate that, b/c I really want them to stay in business). It’s a laid back atmosphere, so no rushing through your meal. The menu is limited, but what they do, they do well, and served hot & fresh. The keyboardist on the weekends adds a nice touch! We will certainly be back and encourage everyone to give them a shot.

Our favorite restaurant, the people that work there always treat us like family. The food and drinks are always perfect, cooked just the way we order it. Salad bar is over the top and their Picanaha is our favorite cut. Highly recommend!
