Restaurants near Souza Family Vineyards

One of the owners came to our table just to check - so nice- so classy- the meats were perfect - the server was the nicest . I eat this style of steakhouse in every city I go to if I am having a nice dinner out - this is one of the best - super fresh - clean - and the best part - every single person that came by was friendly and engaging . If in Bakersfield this will be a “can’t miss” for me .

The food is always delicious. The pork chops melt in your mouth. We ordered a red and a white sangria and they were both super tasty. As we were about to leave my wife asked our waiter, Jaden if he would take our picture being that it is our 38th anniversary. Jaden said he can do better, he cleared our table of the dirty dishes and returned with a scoop of ice cream with sprinkles, chocolate syrup, a candle and a Happy Anniversary sign on it. It was a pleasant surprise. Thank you Jaden and to the entire staff at Broken Bit.

The restaurant was busy. Service was great! My ribeye and potatoes were tasty and done to order. There was ABSOLUTELY no vodka in my lemon drop.

I had the nachos fries very good. Shrimp ceviche tostada I didn’t care for it. The shrimp is fully cooked shrimp I felt it was very flavorless. Chicharrón de pork belly comes over guacamole, the guacamole doesn’t seem fresh and wasn’t that good. The establishment is nice. I would try them out again just to try something else out. They have happy hour from 11-6.
