Lovely place. Great mexican / southwestern cuisine. Service was very friendly and prices reasonable. Would certainly recommend

We had the evening special of scallops over a bed of pumpkin risotto. We shared a Caesar salad and the scallops. Plenty of food and large portions perfectly prepared. Who knew Scallops were in the town of Springdale, at the entrance to Zion? Our server, Andres, was 5-star, too!

Situated a few miles off the main route to Zion, Black Sage at Open Skye resort is a hidden gem! Our welcome by JT was very warm. Even in the black of night, you could see the scenery was stunning. The menu offered a wide variety, and from our Beet and Burrata started, to our Pot Roast and Meatloaf mains, to our carrot cake dessert, the pace, the presentation and the taste were all perfect. We can't wait to go back! My only recommendation would be to consider adding more mocktail options.

The beef tenderloin was outstanding! I also enjoyed the beet salad, but I would’ve preferred a more leafy green.

We had a great meal and stellar service at Switchback Grille. We would definitely recommend to others visiting Zion.
