- LLauraDenver / Colorado •5 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoOur server Brandon was excellent. He made great wine recommendations to pair with our food. We ordered the filets which were cooked perfectly and one of the best that we’ve had eating out. We were celebrating our anniversary and Mackenzie’s made it special. Highly recommend.More infoMacKenzie's Chop HousePrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Colorado Springs•4.8

- GGinaVIPDenver / Colorado •10 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoThis was our second trip to Jax. We enjoyed the first one so much, we went back for a second time. It was just as awesome as the first time. The food, service, ambience are all perfect. The drinks have a good amount of alcohol. Unlike some places where you wonder if there’s any alcohol in the drink. The bread and olive oil are wonderful. Warm and delicious. The oysters were great! No grit, very smooth and flavorful. I had the scallops. They were a little small but full of flavor and a clean texture. No grit. My husband had the seared, pepper crusted tuna and it was perfectly cooked and tasted fantastic. We tried the hush puppies and they are truly a treat you should try. Everything was good and the service was on point. It is very expensive. However, you’re getting fantastic seafood no where near an ocean. So, it’s going to be expensive, if it’s going to be as fantastic as Jax is.More infoJax Fish House & Oyster Bar - Colorado SpringsPrice: Moderate• Seafood• Colorado Springs•4.6
