Chef Bryan Voltaggio found inspiration in a former Frederick car dealership showroom and transformed it into an open, airy space, with a long counter fronting an open kitchen serving modern American casual meals. Showroom serves Brunch seven days a week from 8am until 4pm and Dinner until 9pm Sunday through Thursday and 9pm Friday & Saturday.     I have dined at all of Chef Bryan’s establishments and this is by far the best of all. The atmosphere is lively, but not loud, I could easily carry on a conversation with my companion. The furnishings and tableware are elegant but not overly done or intimidating. The food is classic Bryan, approachable, perfectly executed with an eye to quality ingredients cooked and served to let those ingredients shine. The service was both friendly and attentive. The oysters were ice cold, sweet, completely cleaned and served with perfect accompaniments. Both the salmon and swordfish were cooked perfectly and the brussel sprouts are something to dream about. My companion and I were both pleasantly surprised at the bill as I would have expected a higher tab for our choices. Well done Chef.

    I love coming to Luna. This is my favorite restaurant. I always get great service and amazing food. Tony is a great chef. My goal to keep trying something new each time. Love it.
